How we handle your information.

Effective September 3, 2026. This policy explains what Fidelis Solutions Inc. collects on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to meet the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Québec’s Law 25.

Who we are

Fidelis Solutions Inc. is a Canadian consultancy offering Managed FinOps for Azure. The person responsible for the protection of personal information is Patrick Rezende, reachable at patrick@fidelisfinops.com.

What we collect

Forms. When you request your FinOps Score or send us a message, we collect what you type: your name, work email, company, role, monthly Azure spend range, and your message. Your quiz answers are also sent with the request so we can prepare your results.

Analytics. This site uses Framer’s built-in analytics, which does not set cookies or track you across sites. We see aggregated data: pages viewed, country, device type, browser, and the site that referred you.

Booking. If you book a call, the appointment is handled by Google Calendar under its own terms. We receive the name, email, and time you provide.

Why we collect it

To send you the FinOps Score results and next actions you asked for. To answer your message. To schedule and prepare the 20-minute call. To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask for one.

Consent

By submitting a form, you consent to the uses described above. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to patrick@fidelisfinops.com, and we will stop using your information and delete it, subject to any record we must keep by law.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our business: Framer for hosting and analytics, Google Workspace for email and calendar. Each processes data on our instructions and under its own security commitments. Some of these providers store data in the United States, which means your information may be subject to the laws of that country.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Client engagements

During an engagement, Elos reads Azure billing and resource metadata through a read-only Azure Lighthouse delegation that you can revoke at any time. Your credentials never live in our database. What is read, where it is stored, and for how long are set out in your service agreement, which takes precedence over this policy for engagement data.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and related email are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. If you become a client, the retention terms of your service agreement apply. Analytics data is aggregated and holds no personal identifiers.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to patrick@fidelisfinops.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Québec, the Commission d’accès à l’information.

Security

Form data travels over HTTPS and is stored by the providers named above with access limited to the people who need it. In the event of a confidentiality incident that presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people affected and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
